The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, light cleaning, bed changing, and meal preparation.
The Home Health Aide will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, providing companionship, and helping with light housekeeping tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a caring attitude and a commitment to providing quality care.
We would love if the candidate is bi-lingual preferably Spanish/English French/English
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician or nurse.
Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and vacuuming.
Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands.
Assist with medication reminders and administration.
Assist with mobility exercises.
