This includes HarmonyCares, HarmonyCares Medical Group, HarmonyCares Home Health and HarmonyCares Hospice.The Physician Leader (Pod Leader) will see patients with their MA who drives the company car, plus growing a Medical Group office through the oversight of Advance Practice Providers. We see patients Monday - Friday, no weekends. Responsibilities:
The Physician Team Leader (POD Leader) acts as a resource/coach impacting clinical performance of the team. The leader will collaborate with advance practice providers and build a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
Qualifications Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA Board Certified or Board Eligible EMR experience #HC Recommended Skills Clinical Works Coaching And Mentoring Geriatrics Medical License Team Working Apply to this job.
