Two very easy going professional males in their late 20s/ early 30s currently live in the mansion and are looking for a clean and responsible roommate around the same age that is going to bring positivity and good vibes to the space. House also includes: Home theater and game room Home gym Work office Billiards room Work office Back patio with grill We are only looking for ONE person for the space. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are only going to consider applicants with a good credit score. Great rental history. Solid employment. Everything will be verified thoroughly. Please do not waste our time. Utilities are on average $200-$250 each month. $100 a month will go to the cleaners who come in and deep clean the entire space. Deposit and one month rent will be paid up front. This is non negotiable. The deposit will be given back at the end of the lease term if there is no damage to the home. A one year lease is preferable.
